Add a secondary axis: Basic thing to add Secondary vertical axis in Excel

  1)   Now I want to make graph for PH Vs TH and PH Vs Kr in the same graph, then here we need primary and secondary axis.

   2)    Select PH and TH and make the graph and make sure that your graph is not a 3D chart.

   3)     Now the option "Secondary axis" is not visible.

   4)      Do you know why the secondary axis is not available?

   5)      Select PH and Kr and make the graph on the same chart.

    6)    Now the "Secondary axis" option is visible.

    7)      First we need to include both the series in the chart area of graph.

    8)      If you have only one series then you won't see "Secondary axis" option

    9)      Now right click on the series (in which you want secondary axis) and select the secondary axis option.

     10 )      Method:

                               I.            Select the series (the one you want in secondary axis) in the chart and right click.
II.            Select “Format Data Series…” option
III.            In “Series Options” under “Plot Series On” select “Secondary Axis”.

If you don’t find the second series from the graph then follow these steps

IV.            Select series from graph, now you find “Chart Tools” under that select “Layout” option and go to left top corner of Excel.

                         V.            Select your series (Series “PH Vs Kr”) from drop down list.

VI.            Select  “Format Selection” next to drop down box and select “Secondary Axis” option.
